Our nationally accredited NAEYC (National Association for the Education of Young Children) and Parent Aware 4-Star multicultural therapeutic preschools prepare children for Kindergarten success and beyond.
We offer developmental screenings on-site and provide speech, occupational, physical, music and play therapy to enhance learning potential. We help kids reach their goals, and provide home visits to help parents resolve issues and support their children’s success in school. Our staff also provides coaching and tutoring for older children and teens.
Our Children’s First Early Learning Center is a full-day therapeutic education and care program for children aged 16 months and older, or until they start kindergarten. Therapeutic services available include speech, language, occupational, physical, and music therapy. This nationally accredited (NAEYC) and Parent Aware 4-Star program provides culturally responsive early childhood and preschool education for children living in the north Minneapolis community.
The Southeast Asian Program provides preschool and in-home services to children ages 3–5 years from the Hmong community with mild to moderate developmental delays and the children of new immigrants. Therapeutic services such as speech, language, occupational, physical, and music therapy are provided as needed. The preschool is located within our Children’s First Early Learning Center. This program is NAEYC accredited and holds a 4-Star Parent Aware rating.

Our Four Directions Family Center offers full-day therapeutic education and care for children 16 months to 12 years in south Minneapolis. Therapeutic services available include speech, language, occupational, physical, and music therapy. This program also offers an Ojibwe and Dakota language immersion classrooms. Four Directions is Hennepin County Strong Beginnings program, is NAEYC accredited and holds a 4-Star Parent Aware rating.
