Parenting Group

This group is for parents, foster parents, and caregivers participating in TFP programs to connect and support each other. The group is facilitated by Heather McDade and Iman Omer and meets every other Tuesday.
This event includes FREE dinner and childcare. Attendees also receive $10 in incentives for attendance.
Community Health Fair
April 2, 2024 | 12 p.m. – 3:30 p.m. | 1527 E. Lake St.
The Family Partnership hosts the community monthly health fair along with the Minneapolis MPox Task Force and M Health Fairview in conjunction with the Minneapolis Department of Health. Receive vaccinations, HIV and STI testing, assistance with insurance sign up and other health care. Connect with numerous organizations to get assistance with housing assessments, legal resources, and much more. Pick up Narcan, snacks and water, and hygiene supplies.
This event is FREE and no appointment is needed.
