The Family Partnership hosts the community monthly health fair along with M Health Fairview and a variety of other local partners. Receive vaccinations, HIV and STI testing, coordinated entry housing assessments, and insurance navigation. Connect with numerous organizations for assistance and resources. Pick up Narcan, snacks and water, and hygiene supplies.
