Need help with housing, work, your kids, or something else? The South Minneapolis Family Resource Center is here for you: one building, with many kinds of support.
Hours and Location
You can meet with a navigator for free. No appointment is needed.
Monday through Thursday, 10am to 4pm
1527 E. Lake Street, Minneapolis, MN 55407
Services are available in English, Somali, and Arabic, with additional language support available.

We can connect you with support for:
- Housing and eviction prevention
- Food and basic needs
- Emergency funds
- Mental health support
- Parenting support
- Early childhood resources and developmental services
- Employment and financial coaching
- Legal aid
- Cultural programming
- And more
Partner Organizations
Our navigators will sit down with you, listen, and help you find the right support. Meeting with a navigator is free. They will always tell you upfront what they can and can’t keep private, so you know what to expect.
