Help Native Families Succeed

A critical child care scholarship for Native families in Minneapolis is ending September 4, 2026 — just before the school year begins. For the past three years, this funding has helped Native parents and caregivers keep their children in trusted, culturally grounded care at Four Directions while they worked, studied, and supported their families. Right now, 50% of students at Four Directions rely on this scholarship.

Without emergency bridge funding, many families face impossible choices: leave the workforce, pull their children from care, or absorb costs they can’t afford.
